하나님께 가까이 함이 내게 복이라(시편73:28)

John 2:1-12 “First Sign”

Jesus performed the first of his miraculous signs at Cana in Galilee. He turned water into wine, so that all the people in wedding were able to have enough wine. However people in the wedding they didn’t know where this wine came from, even they praised the bridegroom instead. A good deed was performed by Jesus, but the praise went to the bridegroom.

It looks like one of the scenes in the movie we saw. A good character of hero does all the good things but a bad guy takes all the prizes instead.

Jesus could reveal what he has done for them, but He kept silent.

We find our mission as Christian in this part, which is we must spread out the things that Jesus has done for us to those who haven’t known about it yet. Many people are living with relying on their money and fame that got from their own ability, but we as Christian should let them know they can be possibly enjoying their lives because of Christ of Jesus.

We who live in and walk with Jesus Christ every day, meet Jesus the Son of God and know and experience a lot of miraculous things in our daily lives, so now it is our time to convey our true stories about our Savior to the world.

예수님께서 갈릴리 가나 혼례잔치에서 첫번째 기적을 베푸셨습니다. 그 덕분에 혼례잔치에 있던 사람들은 충분히 포도주를 맛볼 수 있었습니다. 그런데 사람들은 예수님께서 행하신 이 기적을 알지 못합니다. 연회장은 신랑을 불러 지금까지 좋은 포도주를 남겨 놓았다고 칭찬을 합니다. 좋은 일은 예수님께서 행하시고 칭찬은 신랑을 받았습니다

꼭 영화에 나오는 한 장면 같습니다. 좋은 일은 주인공이 하고 이득은 나쁜 인물이 얻는 것처럼 보입니다.

예수님은 친히 진실을 밝힐 수 있었습니다. 하지만 예수님께서는 침묵하셨습니다.

여기에서 우리의 사명을 발견합니다. 우리가 할 일은 예수님께서 하신 일을 모르는 사람들에게 알리는 것입니다. 많은 사람들이 자기 스스로의 힘이나 자신이 가진 명예와 돈을 의지하며 살아가고 있습니다. 우리는 이 사람들에게 여러분이 이렇게 누리며 살 수 있는 이유는 예수님 때문이라고 전해야 합니다.

우리는 예수님을 만났고 예수님께서 행하신 일들을 본 사람으로서 보고 듣고 배운 것을 전하는 삶을 살수 있어야 합니다.
