John 14:1-14 “The Way, The Truth, The Life”

Jesus said to his disciples that he will be leaving them, which he meant his death. In Jesus’ death, there is a special purpose that he leaves from his disciples and comes back to the Father, and it is for the reason that Jesus prepares a place for the disciples in the Father. As Jesus did for his disciples, he also arranged a place and invited us to the Father. If we believe and accept this truth then we don’t have to worry about any of our hardships in this world, because we have a place to go back. I wish our life is moving forward with Jesus Christ who is the way, the truth, and the life.

예수님께서 제자들을 떠나신다고 말씀하셨습니다. 이것은 예수님의 죽음을 의미합니다. 그러나 예수님의 죽음은 특별한 목적이 있습니다. 그것은 예수님이 제자들을 떠나 아버지에게 돌아가 그곳에 제자들을 위한 장소를 예비하기 위해서 입니다. 이와 마찬가지로 예수님께서는 하나님의 집에 우리를 위한 처소를 마련하시고 초대하셨습니다. 이 사실을 우리가 알고 받아들인다면 아무리 어려워도 마음에 근심을 할 필요가 없습니다. 우리에게는 언제나 돌아갈 곳이 있기 때문입니다. 우리의 삶이 길과 진리 생명이신 예수님을 따라 하나님에게로 향하기를 소망합니다.
